The Normandy Living Lab was created to help transfer digital innovations from laboratories and businesses, in order to test and assess them in real-life situations.
Initiated by the E-Secure Transactions (TES) and Nov@log competitiveness clusters, the Normandy Living Lab is a laboratory on usage and its ambition is to get the consuming citizen and the community actively involved in the development of future services.

The Normandy Living Lab is a comprehensive tool integrating a usage observatory which works in association with a usage laboratory.
