Plug N'Work

Over a total surface area of 3,000m2, the Plug N'Work incubator and business centre accommodates start-ups with high potential for innovation.

The facility offers 3 types of accommodation:

1. The business incubator is a building offering office space and premises for young businesses, on a temporary basis. With associated shared services (standard services to offer high added value) and entrepreneur coaching, this offer considerably increases their chances of emergence, growth and success.

2. The business centre is a flexible rental offer for larger working areas, targeting, in particular, developing businesses (> 2 years).  Be it for an initial business creation or following a move from the incubator, these business premises offer young companies the opportunity to continue their development in conditions propitious to their healthy growth.

3. Branch domicile within Plug N'Work offers businesses the opportunity to rent an office or meeting room on a request, à la carte basis and at preferential rates, hence enabling rental charges to be kept to a minimum. Via this solution, businesses can also establish their head office address and receive mail.
























This accommodation offer also includes a number of shared services. By simplifying the operational development process of innovative projects, Plug N'Work provides entrepreneurs with the trump cards they need to ensure their success, and accelerates their progression from research to marketing.

Plug N’ Work is managed by Synergia via its European Business and Innovation Centre (EBIC). Caen la Mer's economic development agency benefits from support for this programme from the Caen la Mer Urban Community, the Lower Normandy Regional Council, the Calvados Departmental Council, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Deposit and Consignment Office), the DRIRE (Lower Normandy Regional Directorate for Industry, Research and Environment), the European Union via the EFDR (European Fund for Regional Development) and the semi-public company Normandie Aménagement.
