Technologies are constantly adapting to increasing mobility trends, resulting in the emergence of pioneer markets and new exchange and transaction methods which must be secure, whilst maintaining maximum personal liberty. Facing such fundamental challenges, the EffiScience Science Park aspires to achieve international recognition to serve an ambitious yet realistic goal: the convergence of associated technologies, whilst maintaining the essential ethics implicated in the new world of "Interactive mobile devices".
The Science Park positions itself as an international expertise centre on interactive mobility, in all aspects of daily life (telecommunications, home automation, transport, information, entertainment, health, administration...). It affirms its position as the technological showcase of Normandy-based competitiveness clusters.


A total of €52 million have already been invested in the project by local and regional authorities, together with the ERDF, in complement to the €230 million invested by the park's businesses. Ultimately, a total of 10,000 direct or indirect jobs will concentrate on projects in high technology.
