The park offers an internationally significant training and R&D program, whose first innovation is the European Masters Degree SIP M'SIP (System-in-Package) dispensed by ENSICAEN.
The result of a unique European collaboration between six engineering schools (ENSICAEN, ESIGELEC, ENSEIRB, ISEN, ESIEE and Polytech Nantes) and industrial partners (NXP Semi Conductors, France Telecom R&D, Silicon Laboratories...), the course is entirely dispensed in English and has been accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles and approved by the TES Secure Electronic Transactions Cluster. Already over ten applications have been received for the next September term.

Focusing on the teaching of design methods and advanced integration technologies, including « System-in-Package » and « System-on-chip », this Masters Degree covers the different specificities of ultimate integration processes of microelectronic systems. It includes the whole system development process, from design and technology to final product marketing.
