Intercompany restaurant
The French leader in institutional catering has been chosen to manage the new restaurant zone at the Effiscience Technology Park in Colombelles.



The team from Avenance (a personnel of 25) offers tailored catering combining a seated restaurant, take-out and external catering services, across four catering zones. The intercompany restaurant will welcome up to 1,000 guests per day in a contemporary setting.
The brasserie « La Fabrique », designed in a wine bar style, will serve traditional and international cuisine.
« Paul », the bakery will look after breakfast, snacks and take out bread.
There is also a VIP lounge with a capacity of 35 guests. And finally, « Avenance Event », an external catering service, will provide tray meals, buffets, cocktails, coffee breaks and breakfasts delivered direct to clients.

Intercompany nursery
The Léa and Léo nursery enables families to establish the essential balance between family and professional life. The nursery will be located in the immediate vicinity of the technology park and will enable:
